Annick Zinck

Background & Academics
Annick grew up in her family wine business in Alsace (France), left at 18, studied Business administration in France (ESC La Rochelle) and Canada, passed the CPA in the US (New Hampshire) in 2001, the PMP in 2007 and "Insights" accreditation in 2005. She is also currently taking an international executive Master of Science in Coaching & Consulting for Change with HEC Paris & Oxford university.

Professional career
She started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) fourteen years ago, first as an auditor and then as Manager in Client training & Advisory group, leading international transformation programs. After 8 years with PwC, she set up her own learning & development company, specialized in training design, management development incl. communication, team, project and change management skills.

Talent in training design, development and delivery
In her 11 years as trainer, she has been delivering successful programs, creating qualitative and user friendly training material, together with subject matter experts at all levels of the organizations. Her training facilitation techniques are described as dynamic, motivating and innovative. She also trains trainers, encouraging them to develop their own facilitation styles.

Personality
Creative, yet results driven, she likes working with multi-cultural teams, sharing knowledge, promoting discovery and encouraging others to work together in the most effective manner. She is also a clown with heart, compassion and insight that no training techniques can provide.
