Education
Annick Zinck, 45, studied Business and Administration in France, passed the CPA in the US in 2001, the Project Management Professional certification (PMP) in 2007 and «Insights Discovery” accreditation in 2005. She completed a Master of Science in “Coaching & Consulting for Change” with HEC Paris & Oxford Said Business School (2011). She participated to leading edge international programs such as “The Art & Practice of Leadership Development” at Harvard Kennedy School (2013) and the “Immunity To Change” program run by Keagan and Lahey in Cambridge (2016).
Professional Experience
Annick started her career in 1995 with Arthur Andersen and with PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as an auditor, then as a project leader of finance transformation programs across Europe. After 8 years with PwC, she set up her own company (AZck) to focus on the people aspect of change. Since 2004, she has been helping individuals and teams develop and grow in periods of change. She facilitates leadership development, team development and change via workshop and individual coaching, across the planet. She regularly networks with local and international coaches who share continuous curiosity to develop & grow as change facilitator.

Annick has been performing action research on the art of leadership development in 2010-11. Two innovative programs resulted from this:

Performing Art
In parallel to the corporate world, Annick has been developing as a performing artist in various workshops with Jango Edwards, Alain Gautré, Alexandre Bordier, Guerassim Dichliev (fellow of Marcel Marceau school) and Kevin Crawford (Roy Hart Theatre company). She created a clown character called “Margret de la Couette”, who acts as Contemporary Corporate Jester (PDF) in various contexts.
Personality
Creative, yet pragmatic and results driven, Annick brings a combination of people skills and business acumen. Her workshop facilitation is described as interactive, humoristic and serious in the same time.
